期限内必着でイープラスまで、特定記録郵便にてご返送ください。その際、とりまとめたチケットと希望払戻先情報を記入したメモ（返金振込先の金融機関名・支店名・口座番号・口座名義人[カナ]・氏名・住所・電話番号を記載）を同封してください。

<For customers who purchased tickets at the venue on the day of the event and have not yet received a refund>

Please return the ticket to eplus by Certificate of Mailing(Tokutei Kiroku Yubin) by the due date.

Please enclose the ticket(s) you have collected and a memo with the desired refund information (including the name of the financial institution, branch name, account number, account holder [kana], name, address, and phone number of the bank to which the refund will be transferred).

*Please bear the cost of return postage. The cost of Specified Recorded Mail (Fee of Tokute Kiroku Yubin/up to 300 JPY) will be included in the refund amount.

*If the transfer procedure was not completed successfully, the refund will be made by postal transfer payment certificate.

Those coming on Sunday, May 14 can get a refund at the ticket office on the day of the event.
